sec.28 Nominal entitlement
A nominal entitlement is the volume of water authorised to be taken during a water year under a water licence. However, the volume of water that may be taken during a particular water year is the annual entitlement for the water year. (sec.28-ssec.1) A nominal entitlement is the volume of water authorised to be taken during a water year under a water licence. (sec.28-ssec.2) However, the volume of water that may be taken during a particular water year is the annual entitlement for the water year.
