sec.168 Metering exit charge

This section applies if the holder of a relevant authorisation gives the chief executive notice that the holder has decided to stop using a meter to which section 167 applies. The chief executive must give the holder of the relevant authorisation notice of the charge (the metering exit charge ) payable. Former section 117(3) and (4) apply in relation to the metering exit charge, as if the notice was given under that section and the amendment regulation had not been made. s 168 ins 2024 SL No. 121 s 6 (sec.168-ssec.1) This section applies if the holder of a relevant authorisation gives the chief executive notice that the holder has decided to stop using a meter to which section 167 applies.
