sec.165 Meter reading required by chief executive under former section 113 not yet complied with
This section applies in relation to a notice given to a person under former section 113 if, immediately before the commencement— the person had not complied with the notice; and the time for complying with the notice had not passed. Former section 113 continues to apply in relation to the notice as if the amendment regulation had not been made. s 165 ins 2024 SL No. 121 s 6 (sec.165-ssec.1) This section applies in relation to a notice given to a person under former section 113 if, immediately before the commencement— the person had not complied with the notice; and the time for complying with the notice had not passed. (sec.165-ssec.2) Former section 113 continues to apply in relation to the notice as if the amendment regulation had not been made.
- (a) the person had not complied with the notice; and
- (b) the time for complying with the notice had not passed.
