sec.161 Effect of notice of noncompliance on approved meters
This section applies in relation to an approved meter to which section 151(2) applies if— a validation inspection on the meter is carried out or finalised under section 154, 156, 158 or 159; and an authorised meter validator gives a notice under former section 112(2)(a)(iii), as applying under section 154, 156, 158 or 159, for the meter. Section 151(2) stops applying to the meter on the day the notice is given. s 161 ins 2024 SL No. 121 s 6 (sec.161-ssec.1) This section applies in relation to an approved meter to which section 151(2) applies if— a validation inspection on the meter is carried out or finalised under section 154, 156, 158 or 159; and an authorised meter validator gives a notice under former section 112(2)(a)(iii), as applying under section 154, 156, 158 or 159, for the meter. (sec.161-ssec.2) Section 151(2) stops applying to the meter on the day the notice is given.
