sec.158 Finalising validation inspection started before commencement

This section applies if, immediately before the commencement, an authorised meter validator— had started or completed a validation inspection on a meter attached to works through which water is taken under a relevant authorisation; but had not given a notice or validation certificate under former section 112(2) in relation to the inspection. Former section 112 continues to apply in relation to the validation inspection as if the amendment regulation had not been made.
