sec.132 Fees for continuing interim water allocations
This section applies to an interim water allocation (a continuing interim water allocation ) in relation to which chapter 2 , part 5 of the unamended Act continues to apply under section 1271 of the Act . The fees payable for the purposes of the continued application of chapter 2 , part 5 of the unamended Act are stated in schedule 13 . (sec.132-ssec.1) This section applies to an interim water allocation (a continuing interim water allocation ) in relation to which chapter 2 , part 5 of the unamended Act continues to apply under section 1271 of the Act . (sec.132-ssec.2) The fees payable for the purposes of the continued application of chapter 2 , part 5 of the unamended Act are stated in schedule 13 .
