sec.121D Application of subdivision
This subdivision applies if the chief executive knows or believes that a person who is a duly qualified person— has contravened section 121B ; or has performed the work of a duly qualified person under this part incompetently; or has engaged in fraudulent conduct in relation to the work of a duly qualified person under this part; or has been found guilty of an offence against a provision of the Act or against a law of another State that provides for the same matter as a provision of the Act . s 121D ins 2024 SL No. 121 s 4
- (a) has contravened section 121B ; or
- (b) has performed the work of a duly qualified person under this part incompetently; or
- (c) has engaged in fraudulent conduct in relation to the work of a duly qualified person under this part; or
- (d) has been found guilty of an offence against a provision of the Act or against a law of another State that provides for the same matter as a provision of the Act .
