sec.114 Offence to contravene requirement to give particular information

The holder of a relevant authorisation who contravenes section 111 or 113 without a reasonable excuse commits an offence. Maximum penalty—20 penalty units. Subsection (3) applies if an act done or omission made by the holder of a relevant authorisation constitutes both of the following— an element of an offence against section 808 (3) of the Act in relation to taking water under the authorisation; a contravention of section 111 or 113 . The holder may not be punished, in relation to the act or omission, for an offence against subsection (1) if the holder is punished for an offence against section 808 (3) of the Act in relation to the act or omission. s 114 sub 2024 SL No. 121 s 4 (sec.114-ssec.1) The holder of a relevant authorisation who contravenes section 111 or 113 without a reasonable excuse commits an offence.
