sec.109 Taking water under relevant authorisation
The holder of a relevant authorisation must ensure that water taken under the authorisation is taken— through works to which a measurement device is attached under section 108 ; or if the measurement device becomes faulty—in accordance with the alternative requirements stated in subdivision 3 for the authorisation. s 109 sub 2024 SL No. 121 s 4
