sec.56 Purpose to be stated on a water licence
The purpose stated on an amended water licence must be— if the purpose stated on the water licence before the amendment is agriculture, irrigation, stock intensive or a similar purpose—‘rural’; or otherwise—‘any’.
- (a) if the purpose stated on the water licence before the amendment is agriculture, irrigation, stock intensive or a similar purpose—‘rural’; or
- (b) otherwise—‘any’.
