sec.48 Elements of water allocations
A water allocation to take unsupplemented water must state the following— the daily volumetric limit for the allocation; the annual volumetric limit for the allocation; the conditions, if any, for the allocation. s 48 sub 2014 SL No. 142 s 230
- (a) the daily volumetric limit for the allocation;
- (b) the annual volumetric limit for the allocation;
