sec.45 Granting particular water licence to Tablelands Regional Council
The chief executive must grant the Tablelands Regional Council a water licence to take unsupplemented surface water. A water licence granted under subsection (1) is subject to the conditions stated in schedule 9 , item 3. s 45 amd 2014 SL No. 142 s 229 (sec.45-ssec.1) The chief executive must grant the Tablelands Regional Council a water licence to take unsupplemented surface water.
