sec.42 Water licences to replace local government authorities

This section applies to the authorities mentioned in schedule 7 , column 1, continued under section 1037 of the Act . On the commencement of this plan, the chief executive must replace each authority with the water licence to take water described for the authority in schedule 7 , column 2.
