sec.40 Interference with water related to the granting of unallocated water
This section applies if the purpose of the proposed interference with water is a purpose related to the granting of unallocated water under the process stated in section 30 . The interference must not be greater than is necessary for the purpose of taking the unallocated water. (sec.40-ssec.1) This section applies if the purpose of the proposed interference with water is a purpose related to the granting of unallocated water under the process stated in section 30 .
