sec.35 Limitations on interference with water
The water licence may be granted only if— the purpose of the proposed interference is a purpose provided for in this division; or the interference was in existence immediately before 18 January 2010.
- (a) the purpose of the proposed interference is a purpose provided for in this division; or
- (b) the interference was in existence immediately before 18 January 2010.
