sec.29 Limitation on taking or interfering with groundwater— Act , s 20 (2) (c)
A person may take or interfere with groundwater in a groundwater unit only— under a water licence or water permit; or for stock or domestic purposes; or for an activity prescribed for section 20 (2) (a) of the Act . However, a person must not take or interfere with groundwater under subsection (1) (c) from the St George Alluvium (deep). (sec.29-ssec.1) A person may take or interfere with groundwater in a groundwater unit only— under a water licence or water permit; or for stock or domestic purposes; or for an activity prescribed for section 20 (2) (a) of the Act . (sec.29-ssec.2) However, a person must not take or interfere with groundwater under subsection (1) (c) from the St George Alluvium (deep).

- (b) for stock or domestic purposes; or
- (c) for an activity prescribed for section 20 (2) (a) of the Act .
