sec.25 Limitation on taking or interfering with water— Act , s 20 (2)

The total volume of water that may be taken or interfered with for an activity prescribed for section 20 (2) (a) of the Act is— for water taken from part of a watercourse in the plan area that is used to distribute water by a resource operations licence holder—0ML; and for water taken from anywhere else in the plan area—2ML.

• (a) for water taken from part of a watercourse in the plan area that is used to distribute water by a resource operations licence holder—0ML; and
• (b) for water taken from anywhere else in the plan area—2ML.
