sec.21 Assessing impact of decisions
To assess consistency with the environmental flow objectives and the water allocation security objectives, the model computer program’s simulation for the simulation period must be used. If it is not practicable to use the model computer program, another kind of assessment, approved by the chief executive, may be used.
