sec.20 Decisions to be consistent with objectives
A decision made by the chief executive under chapter 2 of the Act must be consistent with— the environmental flow objectives stated in schedule 4 ; and the water allocation security objectives stated in section 17 .
- (a) the environmental flow objectives stated in schedule 4 ; and
- (b) the water allocation security objectives stated in section 17 .
