sec.19 Decision to not increase amount of water taken
This section applies to a decision, other than a decision about— taking unallocated water under section 23 ; or taking or interfering with groundwater that is not in a groundwater unit. The chief executive must not make a decision that would increase— the average volume of water that may be taken under this plan; or the total nominal entitlement for taking groundwater under this plan. (sec.19-ssec.1) This section applies to a decision, other than a decision about— taking unallocated water under section 23 ; or taking or interfering with groundwater that is not in a groundwater unit. (sec.19-ssec.2) The chief executive must not make a decision that would increase— the average volume of water that may be taken under this plan; or the total nominal entitlement for taking groundwater under this plan.
