sec.95 Implementation schedule

This section states the proposed arrangements for implementing this plan. Within 4 years after the commencement, it is proposed to amend this plan— to convert authorisations in the priority area to water allocations; and to deal with unallocated surface water available for future water requirements in the priority area. Within 4 years after the commencement, it is proposed to amend— the water management protocol to make water allocation change rules; and each resource operations licence that relates to the priority area— to make environmental management rules; and to implement the monitoring requirements in part 9 for the priority area; and the operations manual required under each resource operations licence that relates to the priority area to make— water sharing rules; and seasonal water assignment rules. Subsections (2) and (3) do not limit the matters that may be included in the water management protocol. s 95 sub 2017 SL No. 199 s 30 (sec.95-ssec.1) This section states the proposed arrangements for implementing this plan.
