sec.90 Monitoring and reporting requirements

To help the Minister assess the effectiveness of the management strategies for achieving the outcomes mentioned in part 3 , the water management protocol must state— the monitoring requirements for water and natural ecosystems for this plan; and the reporting requirements for this plan for operators of infrastructure interfering with water in the plan area. Also, a monitoring requirement for this plan is to monitor the pressure and levels of groundwater in the plan area.
