sec.88 Notification of reconfiguration of existing overland flow works

This section applies to an owner of land authorised to use existing overland flow works to take overland flow water under section 87 . If the owner reconfigures the works, the owner must give the chief executive notice, in the approved form, about the reconfiguration. If the owner gives the notice mentioned in subsection (2) to the chief executive, and any further information the chief executive reasonably requires, the owner may continue to use the works to take overland flow water. s 88 prev s 88 amd 2009 SL No. 280 s 196 ; 2011 Act No. 40 s 107 sch om 2016 SL No. 216 s 146 sch 20 pres s 88 ins 2019 SL No. 251 s 30 (sec.88-ssec.1) This section applies to an owner of land authorised to use existing overland flow works to take overland flow water under section 87 .
