sec.87 Taking water using particular existing overland flow works authorised
This section applies to the owner of land on which existing overland flow works are situated, other than works for only taking water that may be taken under section 86 (1) (a) to (e) . The owner is authorised to continue to use the existing overland flow works to take overland flow water. s 87 amd 2011 Act No. 40 s 107 sch ; 2017 SL No. 199 s 28 sub 2019 SL No. 251 s 30 (sec.87-ssec.1) This section applies to the owner of land on which existing overland flow works are situated, other than works for only taking water that may be taken under section 86 (1) (a) to (e) . (sec.87-ssec.2) The owner is authorised to continue to use the existing overland flow works to take overland flow water.
