sec.84I Purpose to be stated for taking water
The purpose to be stated for taking water under a water allocation converted from a water licence must be— for a water allocation mentioned in section 84D —‘urban’; or otherwise—‘any’. s 84I ins 2019 SL No. 251 s 29
- (a) for a water allocation mentioned in section 84D —‘urban’; or
- (b) otherwise—‘any’.
