sec.55 Elements of a water licence
A water licence to take unsupplemented water must state— an annual volumetric limit; and the maximum rate at which water may be taken under the water licence during a particular period of time or in particular circumstances; and a purpose of ‘any’. s 55 amd 2019 SL No. 251 s 23
