sec.45 Purpose to be stated on water allocation
The purpose stated on a water allocation must be— if the purpose stated on the authorisation is ‘distribution loss’—‘distribution loss’; or otherwise—‘any’.
- (a) if the purpose stated on the authorisation is ‘distribution loss’—‘distribution loss’; or
- (b) otherwise—‘any’.
