sec.24A Processes for releasing unallocated water— Act , s 43
For section 43 (2) (f) of the Act , the processes for releasing unallocated water reserved under this division are the processes stated in the Water Regulation 2016 , part 2 , division 2 , subdivision 2 . In preparing and implementing a process for releasing unallocated water under subsection (1) , the chief executive must consider the matters stated in the water management protocol. s 24A ins 2019 SL No. 251 s 17 (sec.24A-ssec.1) For section 43 (2) (f) of the Act , the processes for releasing unallocated water reserved under this division are the processes stated in the Water Regulation 2016 , part 2 , division 2 , subdivision 2 .
