sec.24 Unallocated water held as general reserve or strategic reserve
Unallocated water in the plan area is held as a general reserve or strategic reserve and dealt with under this division. For section 43 (1) (c) of the Act , the volume of unallocated water held as reserves under subsection (1) is 100ML. s 24 sub 2019 SL No. 251 s 17 (sec.24-ssec.1) Unallocated water in the plan area is held as a general reserve or strategic reserve and dealt with under this division. (sec.24-ssec.2) For section 43 (1) (c) of the Act , the volume of unallocated water held as reserves under subsection (1) is 100ML.
