sec.20 Decisions about surface water must be consistent with objectives
Decisions about the allocation or management of surface water in the plan area, other than a decision about a water permit, must be consistent with— the environmental flow objectives for surface water stated in schedule 7 ; and the water allocation security objectives for surface water stated in schedule 8 . s 20 amd 2019 SL No. 251 s 14
- (a) the environmental flow objectives for surface water stated in schedule 7 ; and
- (b) the water allocation security objectives for surface water stated in schedule 8 .
