sec.60 Limitation on taking or interfering with water— Act , s 20 (2)
In the Chillagoe groundwater management area, a person may not take or interfere with groundwater other than— for stock or domestic purposes; or for monitoring the quality of the water or controlling the salinity of the water; or under a water licence or water permit. s 60 amd 2013 Act No. 23 s 352 sch 1 pt 2
- (a) for stock or domestic purposes; or
