sec.60 Amending water licences to take unsupplemented water
This section applies to a water licence to take unsupplemented water in force on the commencement of this plan. The licence may be amended under a process in the resource operations plan to state the following— the purpose for which water may be taken under the licence; the annual volumetric limit for the licence; the maximum rate at which water may be taken under the licence; the flow conditions for the licence. s 60 amd 2014 SL No. 142 s 139 (sec.60-ssec.1) This section applies to a water licence to take unsupplemented water in force on the commencement of this plan. (sec.60-ssec.2) The licence may be amended under a process in the resource operations plan to state the following— the purpose for which water may be taken under the licence; the annual volumetric limit for the licence; the maximum rate at which water may be taken under the licence; the flow conditions for the licence.
