sec.27 Granting or reserving unallocated water from the strategic reserve
Unallocated water may be granted or reserved from the strategic reserve only— for infrastructure for a project declared under the State Development and Public Works Organisation Act 1971 , section 26 , to be a significant project; or for infrastructure identified in— the SEQ regional plan or instruments that implement the plan; or a regional water security program for the SEQ region.
- (a) for infrastructure for a project declared under the State Development and Public Works Organisation Act 1971 , section 26 , to be a significant project; or
- (b) for infrastructure identified in— (i) the SEQ regional plan or instruments that implement the plan; or (ii) a regional water security program for the SEQ region.
