sec.61 Granting water licences for authorities under s 60

The chief executive must, under section 212 of the Act , grant a water licence to take unsupplemented surface water to a person authorised under section 60 (3) to continue to take declared water. The licence must be consistent with subdivision 4 . However, despite section 74 , the annual volumetric limit for the licence must be the relevant annual volumetric limit of declared water for the owner under section 60 .
