sec.39A Condition for general unallocated water in Flinders and Gilbert River catchments
Water entitlements granted from the general reserve in the Flinders River and Gilbert River catchment areas must include— at least 1 pass flow condition; and a condition stating the transfer of water under the entitlement must be done in accordance with the group B water transfer rules. s 39A ins 2015 SL No. 99 s 19
