sec.34 When strategic unallocated water may be granted
Unallocated water held as a strategic reserve ( strategic unallocated water ) may be granted only if it is to be taken— from Lake Mary Kathleen, for any purpose; or for a State purpose. s 34 amd 2015 SL No. 99 s 14
- (a) from Lake Mary Kathleen, for any purpose; or
- (b) for a State purpose.
