sec.28 Particular unallocated water held as indigenous, strategic or general reserve
Unallocated water in the plan area is held as— for the Morning Inlet, Settlement Creek and Staaten River catchment areas—an indigenous reserve or a strategic reserve; or for the Flinders River catchment, Gilbert River catchment and Gregory River subcatchment areas—an indigenous reserve, a strategic reserve or a general reserve; or for any other area—a strategic reserve or a general reserve. s 28 sub 2011 Act No. 40 s 102 ; 2015 SL No. 99 s 10
- (a) for the Morning Inlet, Settlement Creek and Staaten River catchment areas—an indigenous reserve or a strategic reserve; or
