Section sch.5-sec
At node 1— the number of periods of no flow of more than 1 month but less than 6 months in the simulation period be not more than 150; and the number of periods of no flow of 6 months or more in the simulation period be not more than 80; and the number of days on which the daily flow equals or exceeds the median non-zero daily flow, expressed as a percentage of the number of days on which the daily flow for the pre-development flow pattern equals or exceeds the median non-zero daily flow, in the simulation period be at least 50%. At node 6, the proportion of no flow days in the simulation period be no more than 28%. At node 7, the proportion of no flow days in the simulation period be no more than 70%. (sch.5-sec-ssec.1) At node 1— the number of periods of no flow of more than 1 month but less than 6 months in the simulation period be not more than 150; and the number of periods of no flow of 6 months or more in the simulation period be not more than 80; and the number of days on which the daily flow equals or exceeds the median non-zero daily flow, expressed as a percentage of the number of days on which the daily flow for the pre-development flow pattern equals or exceeds the median non-zero daily flow, in the simulation period be at least 50%. - (a) the number of periods of no flow of more than 1 month but less than 6 months in the simulation period be not more than 150; and
- (b) the number of periods of no flow of 6 months or more in the simulation period be not more than 80; and
- (c) the number of days on which the daily flow equals or exceeds the median non-zero daily flow, expressed as a percentage of the number of days on which the daily flow for the pre-development flow pattern equals or exceeds the median non-zero daily flow, in the simulation period be at least 50%.
