sec.54 Monitoring and reporting requirements
To help the Minister assess the effectiveness of the management strategies for achieving the outcomes mentioned in part 3 , the resource operations plan must state— the monitoring requirements for water and natural ecosystems for this plan; and the reporting requirements for this plan for operators of infrastructure interfering with water in the plan area. Subsection (1) does not limit the monitoring requirements the chief executive may impose for this plan. s 54 sub 2014 SL No. 142 s 96 (sec.54-ssec.1) To help the Minister assess the effectiveness of the management strategies for achieving the outcomes mentioned in part 3 , the resource operations plan must state— the monitoring requirements for water and natural ecosystems for this plan; and the reporting requirements for this plan for operators of infrastructure interfering with water in the plan area.
