sec.49 Maximum rates for taking unsupplemented water
The maximum rate at which unsupplemented water may be taken under a water licence mentioned in section 47 (1) is the maximum rate mentioned in section 45 or decided by the chief executive under that section as if the water licence were a water allocation. s 49 sub 2014 SL No. 142 s 93
