sec.24 Granting unallocated water from the strategic reserve
Unallocated water may be granted or reserved from the strategic reserve only— for infrastructure for a project declared under the State Development and Public Works Organisation Act 1971 , section 26 , to be a significant project; or for infrastructure identified for— the SEQ regional plan; or a regional water security program; or under a process in the resource operations plan.
- (a) for infrastructure for a project declared under the State Development and Public Works Organisation Act 1971 , section 26 , to be a significant project; or
- (b) for infrastructure identified for— (i) the SEQ regional plan; or (ii) a regional water security program; or
- (i) the SEQ regional plan; or
- (ii) a regional water security program; or
- (c) under a process in the resource operations plan.
- (i) the SEQ regional plan; or
- (ii) a regional water security program; or
