sec.93 Purpose to be stated on a water allocation
The purpose to be stated on a water allocation to take unsupplemented water is to be— if the purpose stated on the authorisation is stock, domestic, irrigation, stock intensive, agriculture or a similar purpose—‘agriculture’; or otherwise—‘any’.
- (a) if the purpose stated on the authorisation is stock, domestic, irrigation, stock intensive, agriculture or a similar purpose—‘agriculture’; or
- (b) otherwise—‘any’.
