sec.90 Elements of water allocations
A water allocation to take unsupplemented water must state the following— the maximum rate at which water may be taken under the allocation; the daily volumetric limit for the allocation; the annual volumetric limit for the allocation; the flow conditions for the allocation. s 90 sub 2014 SL No. 142 s 77
