sec.52 Taking water for stock or domestic purposes
For section 103 (a) of the Act , an owner of land may take water from a watercourse, lake or spring for stock or domestic purposes— from any location in the plan area, other than the area of a water supply scheme described in this plan; and in any way. s 52 prev s 52 om 2014 SL No. 142 s 74 pres s 52 ins 2015 SL No. 121 s 8 amd 2021 SL No. 71 s 20 (sec.52-ssec) For section 103 (a) of the Act , an owner of land may take water from a watercourse, lake or spring for stock or domestic purposes— from any location in the plan area, other than the area of a water supply scheme described in this plan; and in any way.
