sec.100A Application of division
This division applies to— a water licence to take water to which this plan applies that is proposed to be granted by the chief executive under the Act ; or a water licence to take water to which this plan applies that is proposed to be amended under section 133 of the Act for consistency with this plan. However, this division does not apply to a water licence to interfere with the flow of water to which this plan applies. s 100A ins 2021 SL No. 71 s 28 (sec.100A-ssec.1) This division applies to— a water licence to take water to which this plan applies that is proposed to be granted by the chief executive under the Act ; or a water licence to take water to which this plan applies that is proposed to be amended under section 133 of the Act for consistency with this plan. (sec.100A-ssec.2) However, this division does not apply to a water licence to interfere with the flow of water to which this plan applies.
