sec.84 Elements of water licence to take water from watercourse, lake or spring
A water licence to take water from a watercourse, lake or spring in the plan area must state— the purpose for which water may be taken under the licence as ‘any’; and the maximum rate at which water may be taken under the licence; and the licence’s nominal entitlement; and the conditions, if any, to which the licence is subject, including requirements for flow conditions and conditions for storing water taken under the licence.
