sec.65 Limitations on interference with water
The chief executive may grant the application only if— the purpose of the proposed interference is a purpose provided for in this division; or the proposed interference is related to a proposed water licence to take water that is allocated under the resource operations plan; or the interference was in existence immediately before 20 September 2000.
- (a) the purpose of the proposed interference is a purpose provided for in this division; or
- (b) the proposed interference is related to a proposed water licence to take water that is allocated under the resource operations plan; or
- (c) the interference was in existence immediately before 20 September 2000.
