sec.35 Purpose for which unallocated water may be granted
Unallocated water in the plan area may only be granted for the following purposes— for unallocated water held as a general reserve—any purpose; for unallocated water held as a strategic reserve—a State purpose or an Indigenous purpose; for unallocated water held as a strategic water infrastructure reserve—for water infrastructure mentioned in section 36 (3) .
- (a) for unallocated water held as a general reserve—any purpose;
- (b) for unallocated water held as a strategic reserve—a State purpose or an Indigenous purpose;
- (c) for unallocated water held as a strategic water infrastructure reserve—for water infrastructure mentioned in section 36 (3) .
