sec.33 Particular provisions of the resource operations plan cease to have effect— Act , s 106A (3)
On the commencement, the following provisions of the resource operations plan cease to have effect for the plan area— chapter 4 , sections 4 .1.5, 4.2.5, 4.2.6, 4.4.5 and 4.4.6; chapter 6 , section 6 .1; chapter 7 ; attachments 4.1E, 4.2E, 4.2F, 4.3E and 4.3F. The following provisions of the resource operations plan cease to have effect on the commencement of section 32 (2) (b) — chapter 4 , section 4 .1.6; attachment 4.1F. (sec.33-ssec.1) On the commencement, the following provisions of the resource operations plan cease to have effect for the plan area— chapter 4 , sections 4 .1.5, 4.2.5, 4.2.6, 4.4.5 and 4.4.6; chapter 6 , section 6 .1; chapter 7 ; attachments 4.1E, 4.2E, 4.2F, 4.3E and 4.3F. (sec.33-ssec.2) The following provisions of the resource operations plan cease to have effect on the commencement of section 32 (2) (b) — chapter 4 , section 4 .1.6; attachment 4.1F.
