sec.24 Decisions to be consistent with objectives
Decisions made by the chief executive about the allocation or management of water in the plan area, other than a decision about a water permit, must be consistent with— the environmental flow objectives stated in schedule 7 ; and the water allocation security objectives stated in schedule 8 .
- (a) the environmental flow objectives stated in schedule 7 ; and
- (b) the water allocation security objectives stated in schedule 8 .
